It’s Merchology’s 9th Birthday!

Celebrating a Year of Big Changes at Merchology!

It’s been a year of big changes for Merchology! We’re one year older, wiser, and more experienced in creating premium custom merchandise. Since our last birthday, we’ve grown in size, moving into larger spaces and welcoming lots of amazing new team members! Our processes are more fine-tuned and mature, and ordering has never been simpler for our customers. While Merchology has experienced quite a bit of change, our mission and values remain the same: connecting you with the brands you love to build the perfect customized gifts and apparel for your employees, business partners, and clients.

We want to share just a few of the accomplishments we’re celebrating this year!

A Year of Growth and Expansion

This year, our Merch Fam has grown to include new team members in every department. Since Merchology’s beginning in 2014, we’ve gone from a company of 5 people to a team of more than 230! In just nine years, we’ve grown into our goal of filling the gaps we saw in the corporate apparel world by finding ways to give customers what they really want for their employees! And, speaking of our founders, our leadership saw big changes, too! We’re pleased to have Ally Ward Delgado as our new CEO, and Andrew Ward as our new President! Dick Ward, our former CEO, will continue serving as the Chairman of Merchology and will lead our sister brand, Zusa, to new heights!

As our team grew and our processes developed, we knew we needed more space! Both our Minnesota and Reno locations moved into larger, better facilities. Not only do we enjoy our new facilities, but our customers can enjoy them, too—with better space comes more opportunities to improve our process. The merch you really want, but faster? Yes, please!

A Year of Fun and Socialization

We had a lot to celebrate this year, and our Social Team truly rose to the occasion! With feelings of excitement and pride, we got together for good conversation and lots of laughs. We embarked on our MerchVoyage adventures. We ate delicious food during Cinco de Mayo and Oktoberfest. We golfed, picked apples, barbequed, and potlucked. There were lots of new faces around, and it was nice to have lots of fun opportunities to get to know each other!

A Year of Teamwork and Giving Back

Since our last birthday, we’ve been honored to receive some super cool recognition. We were named a Minnesota Family Business Award Finalist, and we made it on Newsweek’s Fasted Growing Online Shops list once again! It was the hard work and high achievement of every single person on our team that made these honors possible.

To thank our community, we wanted to give back. We were able to take part in food drives, sock drives, school supply drives, and toy drives. With our volunteer time, we participated with Feed My Starving Children, Mississippi Park Connection, Pennsylvania Parks and Forest Foundation, and more. Our amazing Giveback Team arranged an incredible Impact Week for us this year: in one week, we had 174 volunteers complete 440 hours of volunteer work! We’re so proud of how our team came together to make an impact.
